My current job lets me work from home, which I love—it’s made my life so much easier and I feel like I finally have some balance. But I just got an offer for a new job with a $20k salary bump, only catch is it’s fully in-office. The money is super tempting, but I’m worried about losing my flexibility and the time I save not commuting. Has anyone made a similar switch?
