Should I Call Out a Company for Ghosting Me? 😤

Last week, I walked into an interview in downtown Chicago, feeling prepared and hopeful. But the panel barely looked up from their phones, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was just a box to check off their list. One person told me I was a perfect fit, while another seemed to have never seen my resume before. Now, days later, I’m left with nothing but silence—no feedback, no closure, just a lot of frustration. Part of me wants to warn others about this experience, but I’m worried it’ll just make me look petty. Has anyone else been ghosted like this? Should I speak up, or just let it go?
