Ever wake up and just... not feel like yourself? 🙈 I’ve totally been there, and it’s honestly the weirdest thing. But I’ve learned a few tricks to help me snap out of it. Here’s what’s worked for me: • Life changes (new job, moving, etc.) can throw me off. I remind myself it’s NORMAL to need time to adjust. • Grief or loss? I let myself feel all the feels. It’s okay to be a little ghosty for a while. ❤️ • Hormones are wild! Sometimes I just need to check in with my body (and maybe my doc). • New relationships? I try to stay true to ME, not just what I think others want. • Stress makes me zone out. I use grounding tricks like deep breathing or noticing what’s around me. • I reconnect with hobbies, music I loved as a teen, or friends who get me. • Self-care isn’t just bubble baths (though, yes please 😅). It’s also about eating well, moving my body, and getting enough sleep. If you’re stuck in a funk for weeks, don’t be afraid to reach out for help.
