Should I Pay for My Own Interview Flight? ✈️

So, here's the situation: I finally made it to the final round of interviews for a job I really want. The company is flying me out for the first time, which sounds exciting, right? But then they told me I need to book my own flight and rental car, and they'll reimburse me later. Honestly, I'm feeling pretty uneasy about fronting that kind of money. Is this normal, or am I being too cautious? I don't want to come off as difficult, but I also don't want to risk my savings for a job I don't even have yet. Has anyone else been in this spot?
