So, my cat Luna decided today was the day she’d finally catch that imaginary mouse she’s been stalking for weeks. I’m not sure if she’s inspired by wildlife documentaries or just bored of her regular toys, but she launched herself off the couch like a furry missile. The mouse? Completely invisible. The landing? Not so graceful. She skidded across the floor, crashed into my slippers, and then sat there, pretending it was all part of the plan.
Honestly, I envy her confidence. If I face-planted in front of an audience, I’d move to another country. But Luna? She just blinks at me like, “You saw nothing.”
