Sitting in this half-submerged restaurant in Norway, the ocean literally pressed against the glass while I tried to focus on my plate. The seafood was so fresh it almost felt like it was staring back at me. Waves crashed above my head, and every creak in the structure made me question if we’d end up swimming for dessert. The flavors were intense, but the atmosphere? Even more intense. Never thought I’d eat dinner while feeling like I was on a sinking ship.
