💡 Toe Flexion Stretch: Sit, cross your foot over your knee, and gently push your big toe down until you feel a stretch. Hold for 15-30 seconds, repeat a few times.
✅ Standing Foot Stretch: Hold onto a counter, curl your toes under, and press the top of your foot to the floor. Lean forward for a few seconds, repeat 10-20 times.
