To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US law, Life Agents, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any errors or inaccuracies in the AI analysis; or (c) any actions taken by your healthcare provider, insurance company, or debt collectors.

Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California.
