The Mirror That Speaks Back
🕰️ You stare at the glass and the glass stares too,
A stranger is asking, “Who are you?”
The smile is painted, the eyes look dim,
A shadow of you, but not quite Him.
🌑 You wear your mask through day and night,
Hiding the cracks from every sight.
But truth has a way of bleeding through,
Even when silence has silenced you.
⚖️ What is a crown if the soul feels bare?
What is success if no one cares?
What is the weight of gold and gain,
If joy dissolves in secret pain?
🔥 You call it strength to never fall,
But walls aren’t strength—they’re just a wall.
And when they break (for walls all do),
What’s left exposed is the realest you.
🌱 God whispers louder than pride will shout,
He builds within what life tears out.
The mirror bends when His truth arrives,
And broken things learn to breathe, revived.
💡 So look again—the eyes don’t lie,
You’ve buried dreams but they didn’t die.
The mirror speaks: “Your scars are proof,
That broken roads still lead to truth.”
