My Crucifix Cause

I wear my crucifix for several reasons, One; The crucifix gives me a constant reminder and visual of what true love actually is. To love someone so much as to give his life so that I may live, even while I was an enemy of his. Second; When I look at the crucifix it reminds me that the cross is a contradiction; whereas the cross symbolizes death as its finality, but Jesus becomes the solution to the contradiction; which by dying on the cross is the condition of a higher life eternal. The contradiction and solution around my neck. Thirdly; I wear the crucifix to remind me that I need to die to self and that I need to put my ego to death, because it was mans ego that put Christ to death on the cross. Forthly ; Wearing my crucifix reminds me to love my neighbor at the level that Christ loves me. These are the reasons to wear a crucifix.
