Why is my pet rat lying still with weird eye/nose fluid?

I noticed my pet rat isn’t moving much today. She’s lying flat and has this strange blood-like discharge from her eyes and nose. She’s less than two years old, so this has me really concerned. Could it be a respiratory issue? Or something more serious like tumors? I’ve never seen this before, and I’m feeling helpless. Has anyone dealt with similar symptoms? What could be causing this, and how can I help her? I really want to do right by her, but I’m not sure where to start.
