Which areas near Northwestern University are safe?

I’m at Northwestern in Chicago, and I’ve done a little safety assessment of the surrounding areas. Here’s what I found: Evanston (North of campus): Super safe, no worries here! Main St (South of campus): Gets a little sketchy, so stay alert. Howard Station: Definitely a no-go for safety. Rogers Park (South of Howard): Still sketchy, best to avoid after dark. City Center (Loop): Completely safe, no problems here! The closer you are to the lake, the safer it feels—so stick to those areas!Anyone else have safety tips for Chicago?
