Why is my realtor obsessed with huge deposits? 🤨

Trying to buy a house near Philly, and my realtor keeps pushing for a massive deposit. I was fine with 2%, but she keeps saying a lower offer with a higher deposit is somehow better than a higher offer with a standard deposit. Makes zero sense to me. I’m pre-approved with 20% down, so why does this even matter? Is there any legit reason for this, or is she just making things harder for no reason? #realtor #homebuyingdrama
