Why are we still working so much?

It's 2025 yet we're still stuck in the grind of 40-50 hour work weeks. Why are we living to work instead of working to live? It's absurd that benefits only kick in at 40 hours, and wages barely hit $15 an hour. We spend more time with coworkers than family. Anyone else fed up with this? #WorkLifeBalance #Overworked
