Am i crazy to consider a big pay cut ($25k)?

I've been in my current job for 3 years, and while the pay was a big draw, the stress and lack of work/life balance are overwhelming. I'm constantly working overtime, and my health is suffering. Now, I have a chance to join a non-profit that aligns with my values and offers remote work, but it means a $25K pay cut. Is it worth sacrificing income for peace of mind and a healthier lifestyle?
