⚾️ Umpire Drama On the Field!

Some of you mouthy people need to go stand on a ball field and see just how well you can do. Yes, that's their job, and yes, they make mistakes just like everyone else makes mistakes in their own jobs. Umpires make quick second decisions. In your own job you don't have to do that. It's easy to sit back and be a couch umpire. Doing something after the fact is always easier because you can see everything then make a decision. Put yourself in their shoes. God bless.

Bump him down to minor league for awhile and see if he improves. There’s some awful officiating going on in the NFL as well but if you’re out of challenges you’re stuck with the call. Some calls are blatantly bad and should be reversed in both sports.

umpiring the dish is the hardest officiating job in sports,besides the physical dangers these batters that have 2 strikes on them already don't like to protect the plate and put the ones on blue ,I think they do a good job but it's usually the ones that have never been near the plate that sit at home and complain after their 3rd or 4th Budweiser

Umpires are as much part of the culture of baseball as the players are. You just have to keep the standards high and if they struggle with their calls, hold them to the same standard you would a player. Bench 'em, rotate 'em and rehab 'em if you need to. If you removed them and replaced them with anything else, you'd ruin the game and the REAL people who watch baseball would stop!
