Why is Walmart’s gas still so expensive compared to many the other outlets they seem to artificially want to keep it held high. It should be down around 2:40 at or below.

My wife and I stopped shopping at Walmart because they hate the American farmers. Secondly w we used to buy Walmart gas until we noticed we did not get very good gas mileage when we filled up with their gas. We would loose 3 to 4 mpg in both our car and pickup. So Walmart is now completely off our list.

I thought this was the reason that Murphy Gas Stations were put near Super Wal-Mart's, to have affordable gas close and allow discounts for Wal-Mart gift cards and credit cards.

Murphy Oil opened well over 2,000 gas station/C stores in Walmart parking lots starting in January 1999. This is nothing new.

I am currently working at a Walmart station and it is filling up Walmarts pockets faster than some inside departments! Our gas is 2.45 gal. We have had no complaints about the quality of our gas. We have 16 pumps and lines to get gas everyday. Our station is in Texas.💕

It’s just Walmart dipping their toe into the water to check the temperature basically. I have worked for Walmart for 20 years they have tried many things some take off some fail but you don’t know until you try. Plus just because it failed today it could be a huge success 5 years from now with a little tweaking
