Why is healthcare so stressful?!

Honestly, I am so fed up with United Healthcare right now. Isn't healthcare supposed to be about taking care of people's health without them having a meltdown? Just spent hours on hold, only to finally speak to someone who seemed more confused than I was. Add endless paperwork and the ridiculous amount of money they charge, it's like navigating a damn labyrinth with no way out! How can a system that's supposed to help us feel so freaking broken?
