Alright, seriously, what's the obsession with having cameras on during every single virtual meeting? Are we doing a team's energy check or something? I mean, you can totally hear my voice, and I'm still contributing just fine. Also, some days, I just don't look or feel great, and it's, like, sensible to spare everyone the sight of my fuzzy pajamas and sleepy face. And let's face it, having that camera on makes me more focused on not looking awkward instead of actually paying attention to the meeting. Can we all agree that if you hear what someone's saying, then we're cool? Trust us, the work is getting done, cams on or off. But maybe it's just me—I'd really love to know what others think.
