pretty sure there are laws offering protection for the patient in these cases. this could potentially be malpractice. explain this to the billing department and tell them you will report it to the state. report it to the medical review board for your state and report it as medical fraud. speak to your insurance too.

You don’t have to pay contact your local congressman if you are paying out of pocket. If you have insurance let them deal with it. What hospital do I never go there
