Friend blocked me out of the blue – How to cope?​

I had a friend (41F) I worked with for years, and we were super close for a while. Even after I quit, we stayed in touch, meeting up and hanging out with mutual friends. But lately, things have been weird. She started removing herself from group chats and declining my invites, but she was still nice about it. Then, at a recent event, she completely ignored me in front of others, and I later found out she blocked me on everything. I have no idea what I did. There was no big fight or anything, and I’ve been reflecting on my actions, but nothing comes to mind. It’s been eating at me, and I can’t stop thinking about why she would do this without any warning. Does anyone have advice on how to deal with this?
