How do I go screen free with my toddler?

Lately, I realized I've been handing my toddler a screen just so I can scroll on my phone — and it doesn't feel good.I want to change, not just for him, but for me too.The tough part is that whenever I take the screen away, he melts down — screaming, kicking, throwing himself on the floor.
