Why Am I Most Productive at Midnight?

Every night, my brain suddenly decides it’s time to plan my entire future. I’ll get this rush of motivation—like, tomorrow I’ll wake up early, eat healthy, and finally start that project. It all feels so possible at 1am. But when morning comes? Zero motivation. I hit snooze a million times and forget all those big plans. It’s wild how different I feel at night vs. in the morning.
