Never thought I’d say this, but cicadas are actually kinda tasty! Gave them a try after a friend dared me, and wow, they’re nutty and crunchy—almost like roasted sunflower seeds but with a bit more earthiness. I just tossed them in a hot pan with a little garlic and chili powder, and they crisped up perfectly. It’s wild how something that looks so weird can taste so good.
