Every time I walk into my new office, I notice the men in jeans and polos, while the women seem to lean business casual—even though there’s no official dress code. It’s making me second-guess my own style. I’ve always loved dressing up, but now I’m worried I’ll look like I’m trying too hard or just stand out for the wrong reasons.
