Plz decided for me, To Reheat or Remake?

Made a big ol’ tray of baked ziti for Lasagna Love tonight, but the delivery got bumped to tomorrow. Usually, I’m all about lasagna, but my recipient was totally cool with ziti. Now I’m staring at this cheesy masterpiece, wondering: is it better to serve it fresh or is reheating just as good? I know baked pastas hold up pretty well overnight, but there’s something magical about that first bake—bubbling cheese, crispy edges, all the good stuff. Still, food safety comes first! I’m leaning toward refrigerating and rebaking tomorrow, since I’ve done it before and it usually turns out delish, maybe even a little more flavorful after sitting.
