Always carrying the weight of family troubles, but when I need help, they're not there.😔💔

I've been feeling down and anxious for years, but this year has been the worst. My dad lost his ability to walk, I lost my job, and I had to take on the financial burden of supporting my parents. Just when I thought things were looking up—landing a new job recently—my sister hit me with more bad news this morning: her husband owes a huge debt, and they're clueless about what to do. I should be celebrating my new start, but instead, I'm stuck helping them out of trouble. It feels like everyone needs me, but when I need support, they're nowhere to be found—physically or emotionally. I feel trapped by family issues and can't seem to find a way out.
