Meditation has always been my anchor, no matter what life throws my way. Even just a minute or two each day brings me so much more clarity and calm. I’ve noticed that it’s not about how long you meditate, but the simple act of showing up for yourself daily. Our senses are constantly bombarded, and meditation gives us a rare chance to just be.
