Here’s what’s helped me: • I flip my mindset—seeing the glass half-full makes problems shrink! 🙈 • When plans change, I use the time to relax or try something new. • I catch myself when negative thoughts creep in and swap them for kinder, more positive ones. • I sprinkle positivity into my routine—music, hobbies, or even a favorite snack can change my mood fast. • I ask: Will this matter in 3 months? Usually, nope! • I focus on what I can control and let go of the rest. • Setting REALISTIC goals keeps me from burning out. • I talk things out with friends and practice gratitude every day. • Moving my body (even a walk!) and a bit of meditation does wonders for my stress.
