I Finally Stopped Dreading Conflict!

Let’s be real—conflict at work (or anywhere) used to stress me out 😅. But I’ve learned it doesn’t have to be a nightmare! Here’s how I manage conflict and actually come out stronger on the other side 🙈❤️ • I start by digging into what’s REALLY going on—what’s the root cause? • I stay calm (even when I want to scream!) and focus on what we both want • I remind myself: it’s about the problem, NOT the person • I listen—like, actually listen—before jumping in • I use “I feel…” instead of blaming • I keep my words neutral and avoid drama • I check in to make sure we’re on the same page • I brainstorm solutions together (compromise is key!) • I pick my battles—some things just aren’t worth it • I forgive and move on, even if it’s hard Trust me, conflict can lead to better communication and stronger relationships if you handle it right!
