Would You Help a Patient in Need?

If I worked at a hospital and saw someone in trouble, I'd want to help—no matter their background. But hearing that NYU Langone told staff not to protect undocumented patients from ICE makes me wonder: Where do we draw the line between following rules and doing what's right?
