Are Xenon Headlights Too Bright for Night Driving?

Every time I drive at night, those super-bright xenon or HID headlights really catch me off guard. I honestly can't believe they're still legal—they make it so hard to see when one comes at you! Last week, I had to slow down just to avoid being blinded. If you struggle with this too, try keeping your windshield extra clean and avoid looking directly at oncoming lights.
