Maryland School Flood Rescue Drama

Imagine being at school and suddenly a river comes rushing in—literally! In Maryland, flash floods got so wild that 150 kids and 50 teachers had to be rescued by boat from their elementary school. Water rose up to the second floor, trapping everyone inside. Some kids said they were just happy to be alive after the wild ride out. The whole town is still reeling, but everyone made it out safe.
