Feeling Stuck? Here’s How I Get Motivated!

Ever feel like you just CAN’T get going? 🙈 Yeah, me too! Here’s what I’ve learned about motivation (and how I get myself out of a slump): • Overwhelm & burnout are real—sometimes I just need REST, not more hustle. 😅 • I lose steam when my goals are too big or not clear. Breaking them down into tiny steps helps SO much! • If I don’t know WHY I’m doing something, I’m way less likely to do it. I always try to connect to my purpose. • Distractions? Ugh. I put my phone away and tidy up my space before I start anything important. • I reward myself for small wins (yes, even with chocolate 🍫). • When I’m feeling low, I check in: Am I hungry? Tired? Need a walk? Self-care isn’t selfish! • And if things feel too heavy, I remind myself it’s OK to ask for help. ❤️ Motivation comes and goes, but I’ve learned to ride the waves.
