That’s it. That’s all I want to say. I used to wake up excited to go outside, walk miles, and meet up with friends. Now, most days I barely leave my bed unless I have to go to class. I went from having more than 20 friends to just 3, and even then, we just scroll through TikTok together at night. I set screen limits, deleted the app, but I always end up back on it. I honestly can’t remember the last four years since I downloaded TikTok. That’s not an exaggeration. I feel like I’ve lost myself. Has anyone else felt this way?
