Ever feel like you don’t really know yourself? 🙈 Yeah, me too. But I’ve learned that getting real with myself is actually super freeing. Here’s how I started seeing the REAL me (and how you can too): • I wrote out who I think I am—strengths, flaws, all of it. No filter! • I remembered stories I always tell and asked, “Why do these matter to me?” • I thought back to what made me happy as a kid. Turns out, some things never change ❤️ • I banned myself from the mirror for a week. Wild, but it helped me stop obsessing over my looks 😅 • I asked honest friends for feedback (and tried not to freak out!) • I tried something totally new—nothing humbles you like being a beginner again! • I kept a journal, even when it got messy or uncomfortable. Biggest lesson? Accepting my flaws is the first step to real growth. I’m still a work in progress, but I’m finally starting to like the person I see—inside and out. You can do this too.
