I never imagined that getting promoted so quickly would feel like a curse. Just three months into my new job, I was suddenly bumped up to a leadership role—way ahead of people who’d been here for years. Instead of cheers, I got side-eyes and silent treatment. Some teammates even said I didn’t deserve it and threatened to leave. I’m only 24, and honestly, I have no clue how to handle this awkward mess.
