The Night Everything Changed: My Journey Through Loss and Healing

I need to get this off my chest, so please forgive my grammar as I type. July 1st, 2021, was the darkest day of my life. After a painful fight with my boyfriend, our two-year relationship ended, and I had to move out of our shared home. That same day, I lost my beloved cat to renal failure. The pain was so deep, I felt like I couldn’t cry anymore. But my family and friends refused to let me stay down. I’ve started to walk, do yoga, and make healthier choices.
