why did i let my cilantro go wild? the answer involves ladybugs

Last spring, I got a little lazy with my cilantro. Instead of trimming it, I watched it shoot up and bloom. At first, I thought I’d messed up. But then, tiny yellow flowers popped up and, out of nowhere, ladybugs started showing up. I had no idea cilantro flowers were like a five-star restaurant for them. My garden exploded with ladybugs, and suddenly, the aphids were gone. I didn’t have to use any sprays or fancy tricks. All I did was let my cilantro do its thing.
