Last weekend, I finally tackled my wild backyard. I started by pulling out weeds and trimming the overgrown bushes. It was sweaty work, but I kept thinking about how cool it would look when I was done. I picked out some colorful flowers and a few easy-care herbs. Planting them in fresh soil made the whole space feel brand new. I even set up a little seating area with some old chairs I found in the garage.
