why do chipmunks keep turning my 9th floor garden into a seed vault?

I never thought living on the 9th floor would mean sharing my garden with chipmunks. But these little acrobats found my sunflower seeds and decided my pots were the perfect hiding spot. One morning, I spotted a chipmunk digging like it was on a treasure hunt. My poor basil looked shocked. I tried moving the pots around, but they always found them. So, I sprinkled some cayenne pepper on the soil and tucked a few shiny pinwheels nearby. The chipmunks hated the spicy surprise and the spinning reflections. My plants finally got some peace, and I got to watch my garden thrive again.
