Two years ago, my backyard was just a sad patch of dirt. I had zero clue where to start, but I grabbed a shovel and started digging. Compost became my best friend. I tossed in veggie scraps and leaves every week. It took a while, but the soil turned rich and dark. I picked a few easy plants—tomatoes, basil, and sunflowers. Watching those first sprouts pop up was wild. I learned to water early in the morning and pulled weeds before they got out of hand. Every little win made me want to try more. Now, I’ve got butterflies and bees everywhere. My neighbors stop by to ask what I’m growing. It’s wild to think this all started with a pile of dirt and a lot of patience. #gardening #backyardtransformation #growyourown #nature #gardenlife
