My boyfriend (25M) and I (25F) bought a house together, splitting everything 50/50. But suddenly, his dad wants to be added to the deed. No heads-up, just a lawyer calling me out of the blue. Apparently, I agreed to this months ago? News to me! 😤 His dad’s always dangling money and favors, but there are always strings attached. He even tried to decide where to plant a tree in our yard, ignoring my opinion completely.
