Is Bigger Always Better for Phones?

Anyone else struggling with the ever-growing size of smartphones? My switch from a compact iPhone Mini to a massive iPhone 16 had me performing thumb acrobatics just to open the Control Center. Sure, features like Reachability and Back Tap help, but should we really need hacks for basic navigation?
