Are My Restaurant Tips Being Stolen?

So here’s my situation: I’m working full-time at a busy diner, somewhere not in the US, but the rules feel just as weird. My hourly wage is actually decent for a server, but the tip system is a mess. We’re told to split tips with everyone—servers, cooks, even the dishwasher. But here’s the kicker: any tips paid by card? Management keeps them. We only see the cash, which is barely anything after splitting. On top of that, I was hired to serve tables, but now I’m also training new hires and jumping into the kitchen during rushes. No raise, no extra perks. After all that, my weekly tip take-home is laughable. Is this just how restaurants work everywhere, or am I being taken for a ride? Anyone else dealing with this?
