Is It Too Late to Start Over in My 30s? 🤔

I spent most of my 20s bouncing between dead-end retail jobs, never really pushing myself to do more. I always thought I’d figure it out eventually, but here I am, 32, still stuck in a low-paying job with no real direction. It’s like I blinked and suddenly everyone around me is climbing the career ladder, while I’m still at the bottom rung. I feel embarrassed and honestly, a little hopeless. Did I waste my chance at a decent career? Or is there still time to turn things around? Has anyone else been in this spot and managed to find their way out?
