Anyone else struggle with 'nice' patients?

Ever notice how the 'nicest' patients can actually be the toughest? Sometimes, they're so polite that they won't tell you what's really wrong or if they're uncomfortable. It makes it harder to help them! I wish more people felt comfortable being honest, even if it means being a little less 'nice.'
