Sometimes, it feels like zoning out in front of a screen is relaxing, but I’ve noticed it actually leaves me feeling more restless inside. I get that we need screens for emails, banking, and staying in touch, but what if we cut back on the mindless scrolling? Try spending just one day using screens only when absolutely necessary.
