We finally made it to Venice after years of dreaming about those romantic canals and charming bridges. Last night, we waited until dusk, hoping to catch that magical golden hour everyone raves about. The light on the water was stunning, and the old buildings looked like something out of a painting. But honestly, I could barely enjoy it because there were so many people everywhere! We squeezed onto a tiny bridge for a photo, but it felt like half the world had the same idea. I get that Venice is famous, but is it always this crowded? Or did we just pick the wrong time?
