Lately, I’ve been wrestling with a tough decision: should I have my kids share a room so I can finally carve out a dedicated office space at home? Part of me feels guilty—am I putting my needs ahead of theirs? But another part of me knows how much I crave a quiet place to work and recharge, especially as remote work becomes more of a reality.
